The increased importance of economics in competition law proceedings represents a real
trend. The BSC’s specialised study programme was shaped to reflect this trend.
Each team of professors in charge of a module is composed both by law specialists and
economists. This helps participants to gain insight on the important concepts and theories
of harm used on a daily basis by competition authorities.
