As a labor market analyst and founder of the Be The Change program, I draw out the impact of major changes – such as digitization or ‘green & sustainable’ – to the entire Belgian labor market. With a unique combination of quantitative and qualitative insights, I try to inspire policymakers, labor market and education actors, business leaders and people oriented towards or on the labor market to look change in the eye and make the most out of it. I do this from the conviction that prosperity and well-being can go hand in hand. From the conviction that education and the business world are not two separate worlds. From the conviction that employees’ organizations and employers’ organizations should stand shoulder to shoulder, rather than against each other.
