Magali Feys specializes in all aspects of intellectual property, information technology and data protection law and deals with matters of e-commerce, consumer protection and unfair market practices.

Magali advises clients in IP or IT related business transactions (including negotiating and drafting agreements for technology transfers or licenses, co-development agreements, partnerships and collaborations, outsourcing and IT services agreements, software development, implementation or supply agreements). Her practice also focuses on developing and setting out IP and innovation strategies for technology companies throughout their growth cycle, from start-up to large public companies.

In addition, she assists both domestic and international clients on a wide variety of commercial matters (such as distribution, commercial agency, franchising, general sales and purchase conditions).

Magali has extensive experience in complex IP, IT and commercial litigation. She represents companies in information technology, life sciences, biotechnology and the music and entertainment sector as well as companies in the retail, utility and food and beverages industry in patent, trade secrets, trademark, copyright and commercial litigation.
