Francisco de Abreu Duarte is a Ph.D. Researcher at the European University Institute focusing on Law & Technology. He holds an LL.M. from New York University (NYU) and the European University Institute and a LLB from University of Lisbon. Francisco worked as a legal advisor in both the Portuguese Government and the European Parliament. He is the founder of The Digital Constitutionalist Blog and the EUI Metaverse RegLab.
