Experience

Nicholas Levy‘s practice focuses on EU and U.K. competition law. He has extensive experience in notifying transactions under the EU Merger Regulation, as well as coordinating the global notification of international concentrations.

He has also been involved in a number of important proceedings before the EU Courts.

Mr. Levy has written and spoken widely on an array of EU antitrust topics and has authored a two-volume treatise entitled European Merger Control Law: A Guide to the Merger Regulation.

He is distinguished as a leading Competition/Antitrust lawyer by Chambers Global and was included in Euromoney’s Guide to the World’s Leading Competition and Antitrust Lawyers and Global Competition Review’s surveys of the world’s brightest young antitrust lawyers.

He has been named “Competition Lawyer of the Year” by Legal Business Research’s International Who’s Who of Competition Lawyers and received the “ILO Competition Lawyer of the Year Client Choice Award”.
