Jérémie is a partner in the Brussels office of White & Case. His practice focuses on complex antitrust litigations before EU courts and merger control proceedings. Jérémie’s work in antitrust litigation includes significant wins for Servier (patent settlement agreements), INCA Achats (dawn raid appeal), and Toshiba in the Cathode Ray Tubes litigation (cartel appeal). He has also been representing Crédit Agricole in its appeal against the European Commission decision in the Euribor Benchmark case (on-going). Between 2010 and 2012, Jérémie worked at the European Commission as part of the Hearing Officers’ team.
