Mona Caroline Chammas is an international attorney advising governments and businesses worldwide through Govern&Law, the firm she founded. She is an expert in Competition Law, Anti-corruption, Data Protection, Compliance & Ethics, and International Cooperation.

Driven by the relationship between government policies, business conduct and their socioeconomic impact, Ms Chammas has shared her career between the private and the public sectors: Legal Expert to the O.E.C.D. and its Governments; Legal & Business Integrity Director of Unilever Europe; Attorney with international law firms Cleary Gottlieb (Brussels) and Wachtell Lipton (New York). She has further been lecturing in Belgium, Brazil, Chile, France, Italy, Korea and the United States.

Ms Chammas was awarded ‘30 Competition Women in their 30s’ and the Fulbright scholarship. She holds law degrees from Columbia University, the University of Louvain and the University of Ghent.
