Anna Colaps is Member of the Cabinet of the Supervisor, at the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS). She joined the Cabinet in May 2017 after having worked as Legal Officer in the Policy and Consultation team at the EDPS.

Anna holds a PhD in EU law from the University of Naples “Parthenope”. Her PhD analysed the interaction between data protection, privacy and competition law in data-driven markets.

Prior to joining the EDPS, Anna worked as PhD researcher and lecturer at the Department of Law of the University of Naples “Parthenope” and at the European Commission, Directorate-General for Competition.

Anna holds a Master in Law from the University of Naples “Federico II” and she is a qualified lawyer admitted to the Italian bar.
